There is a great need among evangelicals to be clear on who we are as God’s people and how we are to walk and witness in this world. We have not always been faithful to our calling but have often gotten confused, invoking unbiblical motivations, means and methods in terms of winning the lost to faith in Christ.
The point of DeYoung’s article is twofold: (1) to expose unbiblical and misguided ideas about how to reach the next generation, and (2) to focus on five biblical principles essential for reaching the next generation with the gospel.
